Alloy steel pipe is made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel, and is made by hot rolling (extrusion, expansion) or cold rolling (drawing). Alloy steel tubes are mainly used in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines and equipment such as power plants, nuclear power plants, high-pressure boilers, high-temperature superheaters and reheaters.
4130 Steel Pipe (also known as AISI4130 and SAE4130, Alloy 4130 (AISI 4130) is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. Alloy 4130 is a widely used aerospace steel because of its weldability, ease of fabrication, and mild hardenability .Equivalent to my country’s 30CrMo.
4140 alloy structural steel pipe, American grade: ASTM 4140 and AISI 4140, national standard grade: 42CrMo, Japan: JIS SCM440 (SCM4), Germany: DIN 42CrMo4 (digital code: 1.7225).
4340 steel tube is the American standard ASTM executive standard steel grade, which belongs to alloy structural steel, steel grade: SAE4340, corresponding national standard grade: 40CrNi2MoA, executive standard: GB/T 3077-2015.
